What is EmpowerYouth+?
EmpowerYouth+ is a career acceleration program designed to equip B40 youth from rural areas with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience needed to thrive in the automotive industry. Through technical training, career guidance, and job placement support, we help you secure a sustainable future. This is an initiative to bring positive change to the underserved communities in rural areas, particularly focusing on the deprived B40 demographic. By combining targeted income and well-being enhancement with leadership development and livelihood support, this program strives to create a sustainable foundation for community empowerment. Our aim is to not only equip young individuals with practical skills but to foster the development of sustainable livelihoods. Aligned with market demands, these initiatives enhance the employability of youth, paving the way for their successful integration into the workforce.
REQUIREMENT
1) Malaysian citizens aged 17 until 25 years old
2) Household income below RM4,500
3) Passionate about Automotive
4) Equipped with the 4M – Writing, Reading, Counting & Interest!

1. What is EmpowerYouth+ project about?
EmpowerYouth+ is an initiative to bring positive change to the underserved communities in rural areas, particularly focusing on the deprived B40 demographic by providing scholarship to the underprivileged students.
2. Are there any allowances provided to student under EmpowerYouth+ project?
Yes. Students under this benefit will be able to get these allowances as listed:-
RM2,000 One-off – Provide relocation stipend (Purchase of personal needs, mattress, wardrobe, moving of personal items from rural to hostel)
RM 300 x 8 months – Provide accommodation stipend
RM 50 x 8 months – Provide stipend for travelling
RM 500 x 8 months – Provide living expenses stipend
RM500 x 5 months allowance (during OJT) base on attendance record
3.Is the interview compulsory to be conducted face to face?
We highly preferred if the interview can be conducted face to face. However, we can arrange for online session should the candidate not able to attend physically at the office.
4. What is the potential income for roles with this skill?
Graduates of this program can expect a salary of up to RM3,500 per month (including commission) as a Technician or Service Advisor. Beyond traditional
technical roles, the skills gained also allow for supplemental income through outbound/home services during idle time. Furthermore, these skills can
potentially open doors to opportunities as an automotive-related content creator.
5. Where is the location for this program?
Phase 1 of the program will be held in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya. To ease your convenience, we will make every effort to assign on-the-job training
locations (Phase 2) near your preferred location.
